All repair and maintenance requests must be directed through our office so we are able to assign a qualified person to complete the necessary work.
You may submit your request in writing at our office, by email or by phone. Please provide us with your current phone number and the best time to reach you.
Emergencies:
In case of a ifre or gas smell - you must calll 911, leave the home immediately - then call our officed from a safe place. If an emergency occurs after hours or on weekends please call our emergency hotline at 541-788-3840. Leave a detailed message with the description of the emergency, your name, address, and a phone number where you can be reached.
