All repair and maintenance requests must be directed through our office so we are able to assign a qualified vendor to complete the necessary work.
You may submit your request in writing or by phone. Please provide us with your current phone number and the best time to reach you.
Emergencies:
In case of an emergency please call 911 and contact our office immediately. If an emergency occurs after hours or on weekends please call our emergency hotline at 541-788-3840. Leave a detailed message with the description of the emergency, your name, address, and a phone number where you can be reached.
