Steps to finding the best home for you:
- Check out our current Rental Listings to find a property
- Each adult must fill out a Rental Application
- Turn in your application by fax or in person
- The application fee is $40 per adult and can be paid by cash, money order, or debit/credit card ($5 fee)
- The application process takes approximately 3-5 business days
- We will contact you when your application is completed
- If approved a Move In appointment will be set up for you
