Reasons for Denial

YOUR APPLICATION MAY BE DENIED IF:

• Your application is incomplete or we are unable to verify your information.
• You misrepresent any information on your application. If misrepresentations are found after a Rental Agreement is signed, your Rental Agreement may be terminated.
• In the last five (5) years you have been convicted of the manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance, or any type of crime that could be considered a threat to others.
• Your credit report shows accounts that are not current, or in collections. Damaged credit could require additional deposits.
• You filed bankruptcy within the last two (2) years.
• In the last five (5) years you have been evicted or caused substantial damage to a rental property.
• Previous landlords report significant complaints or noncompliance activity.
• You, your roommate(s), your guest(s), or a family member demonstrate aggressive, obnoxious, or objectionable behavior either previously or to our staff when applying for tenancy.
