Q: Will you rent to me if I have bad credit?
A: We do rent to people who have damaged credit, typically requiring a higher Security Deposit that must be paid upon move-in.
Q: Are tenants allowed to make payments on Security Deposits?
A: Typically we allow up to three (3) equal payments for Security Deposits. However, the final decision is made upon the completion of processing your application.
Q: Are pets allowed at your properties?
A: We are very pet friendly. Check our Available Rentals for details.
Q: I have a large family, will you rent to me?
A: The general rule of occupancy is to allow two (2) people per bedroom plus one (1) extra. So if it is a four (4) bedroom house, nine (9) people can live there.
Q: Will you rent to someone who has been convicted of a crime?
A: If you have been convicted of a crime within the last five (5) years your application may be denied. If this applies to you, we ask you to write us a letter explaining your situation and attach it to your Rental Application.
