Q: What information do you check on rental applications?
A: We check the last three (3) years of your rental, employment, and credit history, as well as two (2) personal references. We prefer that you make three (3) times the rental amount.
Q: Will you rent to me if I’ve had a bankruptcy?
A: Yes, we place tenants who have filed a bankruptcy, typically this will require a higher Security Deposit.
Q: Will you rent to me if I have bad credit?
A: Yes, we rent to people who have damaged credit, typically this will require a higher Security Deposit.
Q: Are tenants allowed to make payments on Security Deposits?
A: Typically we allow up to three (3) equal payments for Security Deposits. However, the final decision is made when your application is processed.
Q: Are pets allowed at your properties?
A: We are very pet friendly. Check our Available Rentals for details.
Q: I have a large family, will you rent to me?
A: The general rule of occupancy is to allow two (2) people per bedroom plus one (1) extra.
Q: Will you rent to someone who has been convicted of a crime?
A: If you have been convicted of a crime within the last five (5) years your application may be denied. If you would like to apply for one of our rentals, you will need to write a letter explaining your situation and attach it to your Rental Application.
