High Desert Property Management, LLC offers a wide variety of services to our Owners ranging from basic levels of management, such as placing a tenant; to full level management of large apartment complexes.

We charge a minimum one-time set up fee of $200 per unit for the initial property inspection and consultation (ask about our multiple property discounts). We require that clients keep a minimum $200 Operating Reserve in their account to cover unexpected expenses incurred, such as emergency repairs.

Each client receives a Year-End Report and a 1099 Tax Report, in addition to computerized Monthly Statements that are easy to understand. Our management fees range from 8% to 10% and are based on the location and condition of the property, and the level of services that the client wants us to provide.
