Q: What are your management fees?
A: Management fees are based on the level of services required, the condition and the location of your property. Fees range from 8% to 10%. Please contact one of our Property Managers for more information.
Q: How can I request more information about your management services?
A: You can contact our office to request that a new owner packet. Our new owner packets include:
- A Sample Property Management Agreement
- A Sample Limited Property Management Agreement
- The current year Central Oregon Rental Survey
- A copy of our most recent News Flash
- Plus more information
Q: Do you manage commercial properties?
A: No, we only manage residential properties.
Q: What is involved in setting up a contract with HDPM?
A: You will need to request a new owner packet so we can discuss with you the services we offer and your needs. We will then arrange an inspection of your property. After any concerns are addressed, we are ready to begin management immediately.

Q: I have questions about my monthly statement, who can I talk to?
A: You can contact our office and talk to either Carla or Terry.
Q: I want to do maintenance and/or upgrades at my property. How can this be arranged?
A: You will need to contact a property manager in writing to let us know what you want to happen at your property. At that time we can assist you in finding a contractor to do the requested work.
Q: I will be in the area and I want to see my properties, how can I arrange that?
A: You will need to contact our office at least two weeks in advance and let us know that you are coming. We will contact the tenant and arrange the inspection.
