Prospective Owners

Q: What are your management fees?
A: Management fees are based on the level of services required, the condition and the location of your property. Fees range from 8% to 10%. Please contact one of our Property Managers for more information.

Q: How can I request more information about your management services?
A
: Contact our office to request  a New Owner Packet. Owner Packets include:

  • A Sample Property Management Agreement
  • A Sample Limited Property Management Agreement
  • The current year Central Oregon Rental Survey
  • Lots more information

Q: Do you manage commercial properties?
A: No, we only manage residential properties.

Q: What is involved in setting up a contract with HDPM?
A: Request a New Owner Packet so we can discuss the services we offer and your particular needs. We will arrange an inspection of your property. If your property meets our management requirements,  we are ready to begin management immediately.

Current Owners

Q: I have questions about my monthly statement, who can I talk to?
A: You can contact our office and talk to either Carla or Terry.

Q: I want to do maintenance and/or upgrades at my property.  How can this be arranged?
A: Contact our office and speak to a  property manager. jWe can assist you in finding a contractor to do the requested work or schedule an appointment with your tenant.

Q: I will be in the area and I want to see my properties, how can I arrange an inspection?
A: Contact our office at least two weeks in advance.  We will contact the tenant and arrange the inspection.
