Terry Flora-Turner :: CEO, Licensed Property Manager

Terry began working in Property  Management in the early 1980's.

Terry is the owner of High Desert Property Management. She meets with clients, oversees our Accounting Department, and performs inspections. She trains new staff and is our resident “cheerleader”,  she likes to encourage people to stretch and succeed.

Terry and her husband Gary love the outdoors. Terry's favorite things about living in  Central Oregon are the great weather and the beautiful landscapes. 

Terry teaches Community Education classes and seminars at Central Oregon Community College in Bend, for Central Oregon Rental Owners Association and at local High Schools. 

Carla Reynolds :: Accounting Administrator

Carla Reynolds has worked at High Desert Property Management since 2004. She has lived in Redmond for many years and enjoys the warm summers and mild winters of Central Oregon, especially compared to Alaska, where she lived for 21 years. 

Carla works mainly in the Accounting Department, entering and paying Owner bills, processing rents and billing Tenants. 

Carla’s favorite thing about working for High Desert Property Management (“besides everything”) is the “great people” she works with.

Carla has been married for almost 30 years and has four children. She enjoys road trips, camping and time spent with family and friends. Her favorite hobbies are working with yarn and beading. She crochets and knits all sorts of items. She also makes beautiful necklaces and earrings. Her work is one-of-a-kind.
