Terry Flora-Turner :: CEO, Licensed Property ManagerTerry began working in Property Management in the early 1980's on the Oregon Coast. Terry is the owner of High Desert Property Management, LLC and NorthWest Tenant Screening, LLC. She meets with clients, oversees our Accounting Department, and performs inspections. She trains new staff and is our resident “cheerleader”, she likes to encourage people to stretch and succeed. Terry and her husband Gary love the outdoors. Terry's favorite things about living in Central Oregon are the great weather and the beautiful landscapes. Terry teaches Community Education classes and seminars at Central Oregon Community College in Bend, for Central Oregon Rental Owners Association, and at local High Schools.
